Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABM absorbent pads for meat, poultry & seafood combine effective absorbency with integrated anti-bacterial/microbial properties, using a new technology based on a blend of natural fruit extracts, for the ultimate protection. 

The extract, which is incorporated into the pad, contains a blend of natural bio-flavonoids and organic acids which, when activated by moisture, work as anti-oxidants and anti-microbials, eliminating undesirable bacteria including Salmonella, e. Coli and Campylobacter, as well as odours. 

Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABM absorbent pads are available in a range of colours, absorption levels, shapes and sizes to suit all applications. Single-sided or double-sided pads are available. 

Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABV absorbent pads combine the latest shelf- life extending technology with the absorbency and protection provided by the Sirane Dri-Fresh® Resolve® fruit cushioning pad. The shelf-life extending technology prevents fungal growth and creates the optimum package environment to prolong the life and maintain quality, taste and texture.

Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABV absorbent pads utilise two complementary technologies to provide the best results in every case. Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ AF absorbent pads contain active natural materials which inhibit mould and fungal growth on the fruit. Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ EA absorbent pads contain an active natural insert which absorbs ethylene released by the fruit during the ripening and ageing process. Ethylene is the most potent agent of fruit and vegetable ageing and its effective absorption has a proven and significant benefit for shelf-life.

Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ ABV absorbent pads are available in a range of colours, absorption levels, shapes and sizes to suit all applications. Single-sided or double-sided pads are available. 

Dri-Fresh Crab-Guard pads are absorbent pads designed for use within vacuum-packed crabs. The pads protect the crabs, and also prevent claws from piercing the packaging.

Dri-Fresh Crab-Guard pads can be supplied in any size as required, with custom shapes possible (included oval as pictured). Pads are white as standard, but other colours are available.

Pads can also be used to sit under crabs in trays, absorbing any excess water.

Anti-bacterial properties can be incorporated, offering an extra layer of protection. We can also supply recyclable (paper-based) and compostable versions of this product.

Dri-Fresh® Sea-Fresh absorbent liners are designed to quickly and effectively absorb the melting ice and juices released during fish transportation. The liquid is absorbed quickly and trapped inside the liner to prevent spillage and reduce odour. The transport crate remains cold, clean and dry to optimise the condition and appearance of the fish.

Dri-Fresh® Sea-Fresh is a strong, durable construction that won’t tear or damage, and won’t burst when saturated.

Dri-Fresh® Sea-Fresh absorbent liners can be custom designed to your application, and can be made large enough – at 680mm x 360mm – to fit in the standard 25 kilo trays used for fish such as salmon, as well as many other sizes.
